House at 225 TM Road is available for rental from 16th Oct to around 11th December.  It is also available for short term holiday rental over the holidays and then will become available for a 9 month rental from early March.

The house is beach frontage, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom , large deck with spa pool, drive on access to double car garage. Fully furnished and the rent is $490/week .  Short term holiday rental would be on a per night basis.
