Under 16 members who would like to do ski training should join in the senior ski sessions. For beginner ski paddlers it would be best to attend the senior ironman sessions to practice, and also head down to the beach on weekends.
IRB Training
IRB race training is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm at the club. This training is for those that already have their drivers or crewmens and wish to learn or practice IRB racing.
Beach sprint training on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays is also encouraged for all IRB team members (see info below the senior programme) as well as other fitness sessions offered by the club (particularly the Saturday general session).
To be eligable to crew in the IRB you must have your surf bronze and be over 14, to be able to drive you must have your crewmens award and be over 16. Any IRB questions or information regarding gaining the IRB drivers and cre-men awards should be directed to James Craib - 027 6987 189
